Claytec, clay adhesive and reinforcing mortar, bag 25 kg
Clay adhesive and reinforcing mortar for reinforcing layers on clay boards as well as wood fibre finishing and interior insulation boards. Clay adhesive and reinforcing mortar consists of clay and cellulose. This guarantees optimum workability, even with thin coats. With a compressive strength of 3.9 MPa, which is new for clay mortar, and an adhesive strength of 0.85 MPa, clay bonding and reinforcing mortar guarantees the strength of the entire construction. It is the basis for fine Claytec clay finishing plasters and YOSIMA. With good preparatory work, it can also be simply painted with the Clayfix clay coating system.Data sheet Application videoHow to useAdhesive and bonding mortar as a dry, fine-grained ready-mix for bonding lightweight building and interior insulation boards to various substrates, as a reinforcing mortar on clay building boards, clay-hemp boards, wood fibre insulation and wood fibre finishing boards and mineral foam boards.CompositionSand up to 1.0 mm, clay and loam, talc, perlite, plant fibres and cellulose.Delivery form, yield25 kg bags (makes 17 litres of mortar for 5 m2), 48 bags/pal.StorageCan be stored in a cool, dry place indefinitely.Mortar preparationThe 25 kg dry mix is gradually stirred into 8-9 litres of clean water using a drill (≥ 800 watts) or mixer and stirring paddle (Ø 125 mm). The amount of water added is slightly less for bonding mortar. Working consistency paste-like according to the desired application with a notched trowel or spatula.Work well again after 30 minutes resting time. The mortar is now ready to use.Plaster baseThe substrate must be stable, frost-free, dry, clean, free of salt, sufficiently rough and absorbent. Levelling coats of clay plaster mortar must be completely dry.The surface must be as level as necessary for the bonding described below. Small unevenness (small individual areas up to 5 cm in diameter and 3 mm deep) can be levelled with the adhesive. Larger imperfections must be filled with a suitable mortar and left to dry.ApplicationThe adhesive is applied to the back of the panels to be bonded using a notched trowel or spatula (8-10 mm notches). A thin layer of adhesive should be applied to the entire surface, including the grooves. The first board is applied immediately and pressed firmly onto the substrate; contact must be ensured over the entire surface.Uneven masonry and plaster surfaces are slightly pre-wetted and roughly levelled. The back-coated boards (see above) are pressed in wet-on-wet.Boards can be additionally mechanically fixed as required, e.g. on sloping ceilings and roofs, see corresponding board product sheets or worksheets. As a bonding filler for thick-layer plasters on insulation boards (e.g. for wall surface heating) and similar applications, the slightly stiffer mortar is applied in the same way using a notched trowel or spatula. For reinforcement layers, the 3 mm thick mortar is applied. It can also be sprayed on with a plastering machine; resting times are not necessary for this application. Reinforcement mesh is worked into the surface of the layer while it is still wet.HardeningThe curing time is 24-72 hours, depending on the drying possibilities and absorbency of the substrate. With additional mechanical panel fixing and subsequent thin-layer coating, work can continue immediately.Work samplesAdhesion to the substrate must always be checked with the respective board to be fixed using a sufficiently large working sample. Complaints not resulting from mixing errors at the factory are excluded.

Kreidezeit mould first aid kit
The ecological Kreidezeit Mould First Aid Kit is free from biocides and contains everything that can be used against minor mould infestations.Minor mould infestation can be found in the majority of homes today and can lead to significant health problems. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), residents of such homes have an increased risk of developing respiratory infections and asthma as well as allergies. The Kreidezeit mould first aid kit offers a simple solution to such problems. The package contains completely ecological, vegan products that are also free of plastics and biocides and can be used to consistently prevent and combat mould. Contents: 500 ml KREIDEZEIT alcohol 250 ml mould cracker 1 litre limewash paint 1 pair of rubber gloves 1 pair of safety goggles 1 professional flat brush 50 mm 1 mould information flyerProduct InformationAlcohol Safety Data Sheet Alcohol Product informationMouldcracker Safety data sheet Mouldcracker Product informationSump lime paint Safety data sheet Sump lime paint Our biocide-free solutionAlcohol removes minor mould stains with a one-off effect. Our pure alcohol can quickly and easily dissolve and remove mould stains. The mould is removed superficially, but this is only "first aid". Afterwards, the following products should be used as soon as possible: Mould Cracker encapsulates spores, binds them permanently and thus protects against their further spread. At the same time, the surface becomes highly alkaline, which prevents new growth. The mould cracker is not colourfast and should be painted over with marsh lime paint if necessary. It adheres to almost any surface and is also suitable, for example, for restoring infested back walls of cupboards. Effective for many months. Lime works best against fungi due to its long-lasting alkalinity. Lime paints are our tried and tested products for the permanent removal and colour masking of mould. A double coat is usually sufficient to prevent mould from returning. Our recommendations relate to mould infestation of max. 5 m². In the case of massive infestation of entire rooms or even buildings, a specialist should be called in. If in doubt, you can discuss your concerns with our technical advisors. Structural defects and special features can impair the effect of the products presented.

Kreidezeit Vega primer, bag 250 g
Vega primer, container size 250 g Range 40 - 60 m² Consumption per m² 20 g Exact consumption to be determined on the object Product information Safety data sheetKreidezeit Vega Primer is a colourless, transparent primer that is used for subsequent coats of paint and thin-layer plaster applications indoors. It offers a wide range of application options. Kreidezeit Vega Primer is particularly suitable for priming clay and lime plasters, as it has no reducing effect on the vapour absorption of plasters (sD value < 0.01m).It can be used on all untreated and absorbent surfaces such as clay, lime, lime-cement and gypsum plasters, gypsum plasterboard and gypsum fibreboards, stone and concrete, but is unsuitable for all smooth, non-absorbent surfaces and permanently damp substrates.Recommended for priming absorbent old coatings before renovation: e.g. KREIDEZEIT casein paints, clay paints, limewash paints and emulsion paints. For transparent consolidation of plasters, especially clay plasters in interior areas; here it is necessary to create test areas (see "Tips").The use of Vega primer within the various KREIDEZEIT paint and plaster systems is described in the corresponding product information.PropertiesPowder for mixing with waterReduces the absorbency of highly absorbent substrates and equalises different absorbencies of the substrateStrengthens slightly sanding substratesVery good penetration capacityColourless transparentEasy to applyVery economicalhighly diffusiblefree from preservativescolour residues are compostableveganFull declaration: vegetable casein, soda Mixing the primerA 10 litre bucket and a mixer (drill + whisk) are best suited for mixing the primer.Add the contents of the bag of Vega primer (250 g) to 2 litres of clean, cold water, stirring constantly. Kreidezeit window care set
The Kreidezeit window care set protects wooden windows that have been treated with Kreidezeit stand oil paints or coloured wood stains from weakening the colour intensity and then protects them. Furthermore, soiled paintwork can be cleaned with the enclosed care soap. The set contains 100ml care soap and 100ml care oil as well as 1 set of instructions. Product informationThe window care set offers excellent protection against coloured renovation coats for comparatively little effort, as long-term and regular maintenance is required to maintain the function-protecting surface and appearance, which is shortened with the Kreidezeit window care set. Full declarationMaintenance soap: Olive oil soap. Maintenance oil: linseed oil, linseed oil stand oil, wood oil stand oil, manganese drierInspectionCheck painted surfaces at least every six months for soiling and damage (visual inspection) and clean and maintain as required . The gloss behaviour of the painted surfaces should be assessed during the inspection and cleaning at least every six months. Areas that have lost their lustre must be treated immediately with Kreidezeit window care oil. Areas that still have sufficient gloss should not be treated, as too frequent care on surfaces that are still glossy can lead to a greasy appearance and a sticky surface. Kreidezeit stand oil paints and wood stains are environmentally friendly and therefore deliberately not treated with fungicides. Even with fungicide-treated conventional wood coating systems, condensation-induced fungal growth on the surface is a known phenomenon (shadow formation, blackening). It is therefore important to check the surfaces for fungal infestation (usually small black spots) at least every six months and to remove this immediately with water and Kreidezeit care soap. The condition of the painted weatherboards should be checked every six months because they are most exposed to the weather. Cleaning Do not clean the wooden windows immediately after installation. Paint and silicone need approx. 4 weeks to cure completely. Clean the metal rain protection rail after the construction period. The water drainage slots must not be blocked. Clean dirt with a soft sponge and cleaning soap (1 tablespoon of soap diluted in 1 litre of water). Heavy soiling can also be treated with a more concentrated soap. Care and protection As a rule, care is required once a year on sunny and weathered sides and every 2 years on sides facing away from the weather. These intervals can vary considerably depending on the weather conditions and exposure of the surfaces. In principle, however, there are no defined maintenance intervals for the Kreidezeit Stand Oil Paint or Wood Stain System. Allow the cleaned surfaces to dry completely. The areas that have lost their lustre, especially on the sides exposed to the sun and weather, should be rubbed very thinly with a cloth soaked in maintenance oil. After 10 - 15 minutes, rub with a dry cloth and remove excess oil (excess oil that is not removed can be very shiny and sticky!) The colour intensity will return. Processing and drying temperature at least 10°C for at least 48 hours. Renovation Renovation is necessary at the latest when exterior stand oil paints are heavily weathered, chalk intensively or the wood surface becomes visible, or when the pigments in wood stains have been washed off by rain. The surfaces are cleaned with maintenance soap and areas that are still shiny are lightly sanded (grain size P 120-150).Renovation coats on Kreidezeit wood stain are carried out with wood stain for interior/exterior tinted with Kreidezeit pigments up to 175 g pigment per 1 litre of wood stain or coloured wood stain. Renovation coats on Kreidezeit stand oil paints are carried out with stand oil paint - full-fat. The weatherboards on windows should be repainted on the sunny sides every 2 years at the latest.

For subsequent coats of coloured wall paint or wall glazes, the insulating primer must be applied over the entire surface, otherwise coloured marks may appear.
